ICS(社会条款行动)
ICS的背景
1998年秋季，法国商业与销售联盟的成员根据ILO公约并受SA 8000标准的启示，提出了“社会条款行动(ICS)”。 该提案主要针对来源国家中制造非食品消费产品的直接供应商。 从一开始，ICS方案就使用了附有等级体系的统一审核调查卷、并有系统地利用外部的独立审核公司。 同时，ICS已经向其他法国零售商开放，并进行了许多审核，受到全球的社会贸易机构的关注而不断完善。
ICS规范和目标
如在ICS规范中所述，ICS方案的目标是促进和支持所有与社会、健康/安全相关的持续改进，内容涉及到供应ICS成员工厂的全面工作条件。 ICS规范解释了对ICS成员的核心要求，而在成员本身自由遵循的“行业操守”可规定额外或改进性条款。 由ICS成员发起的所有审核的主要结论将被登记到ICS的数据库中，并在ICS成员中进行资源共享，以避免不必要的重复审核。
ICS结构
原则上，所有ICS成员公司的代表每两个月见面一次，以共同跟进ICS提案在全球执行的步伐和决定发展的举措。ICS常任秘书处负责处理所有组织和协调方面的事务。
ICS验厂审核老师经验
1、合法性（ICS验厂）
核实公司的税收登记证、营业执照、消防走火图等相关文件数据，继而查看该公司是否合法和安全操作。
2、工时（ICS验厂）
公司必须遵照当地法律法规确定的休息时间，至少遵照七休一的原则，每周合计工作时间不得超过60h。
3、工资（ICS验厂）
平时加班及法定假日加班需要按当地法律规定的资率支付员工的工资，并且每个月的工资不可以低于当地的工资标准。（客人一般会查看近3个月或12个月的员工考勤及工资发放记录。）
4、童工（ICS验厂）
公司不得雇用未满16周岁的童工，某种程度上可以接受雇用16周岁以上18周岁以下的未成年工，但必需建立在有部门的批文以及有实际行动确保未成年工的身心健康的前提下。
5、岐视（ICS验厂）
公司不得存在在录用和提升员工的时候存在有性别、种族、年龄、信仰等方面的岐视。
6、反恐（ICS验厂）
对人员来往以及货物的流通不仅要有相应的程序规范，还要保存运作记录。对公司的实体安全，针控管理必需要按客人的要求保存记录。
7、惩戒（ICS验厂）
公司不得存在对员工进行任何的罚款、打骂等行为，更不接受公司有强迫劳动的行为。
8、安全（ICS验厂）
公司要提供健康安全的工作场所以及有必须的环境保护措施及相关的许可证件。对特种职业的员工要有相应的操作证件。
