　　RCS回收声明标准，英文全称RecycledClaimed Standard,是TE纺织交易组织于2013年推出的另一回收（再生）方面的标准，用于使用了再生原料的产品提供认证的依据。

　　适用于再生原料含量在5%-%之间的产品。在TE-纺织交易组织网站可查到认证过的企业信息。

　　与同系列GRS-Global Recycled Standard不同之处在于：

　　1、GRS适用于再生原料含量在20%-%之间的产品；

　　2、GRS在RCS要求的基础上增加了环境和社会责任的要求；

　　3、认证标识不同；

　　4、GRS是RCS的高级版：RCS产品可以使用GRS认证的原料，但是GRS产品不能使用RCS的原料。

　　5、 GRS对过程使用的化学品有要求，而RCS没有。
